Installing Piwigo by hand needs some knowledge of MySQL, the Apache web server, phpMyAdmin and Linux. The Elefante Installer does the whole installation for you: fill in your name, e-mail address and a few details about your website, and Piwigo is ready to use.

With each Piwigo hosting plan the installation is free. As soon as your hosting order is completed, Piwigo is installed and you can start adding your content from the control panel, where you also manage your domains, e-mails and files.
